How do I place an order in your store?

There are 2 ways to order from us:

1. Using Paypal - Add to Cart method. Read Ordering.

2. Email luffynfriends@hotmail.com or call us at our store number (65) 9357 6321 to place an (bulk) order directly. (Return to top)

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, Local Debit and Credit Card options. (Return to top)

When will my order arrive?

The delivery will take 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from date of purchase. Delivery date will be confirmed by our telephone and email. (Return to top)

May I pickup my order at your store?

Yes, you can order online and collect it at our store location - Blk 26A Chai Chee Road #01-385 S461026. Self-collection timing is as follow:
1pm - 3pm every Monday to Friday. Collection will only be available on the next working day after purchase. In event if you missed the collection date, your item(s) will be left in the shop for 5 days after which we will contact you shortly for shipping charges. (Return to top)
