Welcome to Luffy N Friends Online Pets Store Terms and Conditions. Please read through the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery
- Free Delivery on all orders above SGD35 varies on locations. Contact us at (65) 9357 6321 for more details.
- You may also opt for Self-Collection method, just indicate in the notes to sender during your payment. (Please continue to point 6 for delivery policy)
2. Payments mode
- For local orders, we accept payment via paypal or debit/credit card.
- We will send you an acknowledgement email upon receiving payment.
- Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.
- Payment receipts should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
3. Confirmation of orders
- All online orders will be processed by the next working day.
- No online orders are confirmed until we have personally verified with the customer.
4. Out-of-Stock products
- We will ship your products once available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfiling your order.
- We will keep you informed of any products that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipping.
- You may cancel your order 3 days prior to the date of delivery.
5. Returns/Exchange
- We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective to the manufacturing problems and/or workmanship within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the delivery of wrong product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Should any customer choose to re-pack their food from the original packaging, our Re-packing policy will void all our exchange and refund policies.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days (excluding Public holidays) from 2:00pm to 9:00pm.
- Delivery date will be confirmed by our telephone and email. Delivery time offered by us to you only serves as an estimate.
- We strongly encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by delivery or product availability.
- Self-collection will be at Blk 26A Chai Chee Road #01-385 S461026. Self-collection timing is as follow: 1pm - 3pm every Monday to Friday.
- Collection will only be available on the next working day after purchase.
- In event if you missed the collection date, your item(s) will be left in the shop for 5 days after which we will contact you shortly for shipping charges.
- If you are unsure, please call our store at (65)9824-5566 to check if your item is transported to the store.
7. Price
All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless stated otherwise. Please note that pricing may vary from time to time which may be subjected to promotions offered by Luffy N Friends or Suppliers.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept private and secure, and it is only subjected to our usage during purchases. You provide your particulars to us in order to facilitate the smooth transaction from the point of purchase to delivery. Personal data collected will not be used for other purposes unless consent is given by you. We assure you that all personal information collected would be used or disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected. Besides that, in order to keep you up-to-date on our latest promotions, we will notify you via information (example: email or telephone) provided to us from you.
